I don't think I'm important Astley, quite the opposite, I know that I'm nothing and within a few decades I'll be a forgotten nothing. Why do you and certain others keep bringing up me being a prof then - as in it surprises you I think/write this because I'm a prof.

Firstly, do teachers who stand in a class 8/5/40 really do much teaching?

Secondly, I am not what you would call a "normal" teacher. I'm a prof who works for the French state, administratively located within a university.

Thirdly, maybe teaching has evolved since you were in the education system and you're basing your idea of "what a teacher does" on outdated information/notions.

fourthly, I seem to spend a lot of time teaching you on here ( ;-) hahaha)

If it was legalised, supplied and taxed by the government than there qould be less seizures and more tax money to pay for treatment and withdrawal education.

btw, I will actually be standing in front of a couple of classes on Monday afternoon, to make them aware how lucky they are this year (I will also inform them that I'm a Leicester fan and that any denigration of the great team will mean they fail their year).

I've noticed this on tv too. On programmes nobody seems to come home and put the kettle on for a cuppa now. Always seems to be a large glass of wine.
 
Pot has been legal here in California since 2016.
Only 2 things have really changed.
1 - lots of places smell like a dead skunk. i absolutely hate the smell of weed.
2 - all the edgelords are sad because granny can queue up with them to legally buy it on the high street (pun intended).
