Flying visit

So I’m on a flying visit to the UK for my younger brothers 60th birthday party at the weekend. Of course it had to coincide with the international break!

Anyway I took the opportunity to visit a sick friend in Harrogate, and then drove from Harrogate to Newcastle via Leicester yesterday, a route I would never have got away with if Mrs FF had been with me!

First time at the KP in a while, I was immensely proud when I found The Bench. We sometimes have our differences but the Roof really is a great place and this is tangible evidence.

I was there at around 10:30am on Thursday. Can’t believe I just missed Jackie!

From the photo it looks like he may have been around, half of the plaques had been removed.
