Burning up Sampdoria and Serie A ar the moment . 4-0 away at Udinese on Monday and 3-0 at Samp tonight. The lad up front doing all sorts of damage. Good side.
 
I didn't articulate my point particularly well in the first post. We happen to have stumbled across possibly the best side in Europe this season, in our Europa League group. A change of manager and addition of two or three players in the close season has turned Napoli into a formidable force. Should be in CL not EL. In turn this may hasten Sohos bleak vision of the future....
 
They spent €70m on Osimhen despite missing out on CL and I was also under the impression that Italian football had no money. We spent just 1/3rd of that on Daka despite being in the PL. I've no idea how they’re financed but that’s a massive difference. However just because they spent that doesn’t mean they’ve got a great player ( the Arse spent £72m on Pepe) but Osimhen seems like the real deal. I actually think that with the demise of Juve and Inter not having Lukaku I reckon they’ll win Seria A

The season before the close season they bought him they'd made around €64m in the Champions League so presumably they decided to spunk it all on him (and then recouped more when they sold Allan to Everton).
