This is who we have become. The NHS was the flagship of post war UK and now we abuse and attack its A&E workforce.
From what I understand most of it is from "normal" people who have no patience or anger management problems. That makes it all the worse.
The terminology of 'Emergency Room' has been adopted partly in the hope of getting across to people that it really is meant for emergencies.
Very true. My mate is a paramedic. He was called out cos someones Grandad had toothache. They got quite abusive when the crew refused to take him to hospital.

Maybe some of the "patriots" will volunteer?
Our expectations are the main thing bringing down the NHS, and making an ungovernable population.
