Yeah but even that's getting annoying isn't it? Blocking 3 accounts every time you come on. There must be a security breach somewhere ;-)
 
Typifies the interweb. What was a brilliant idea gets mis-used for nefarious purposes.
The sad thing is that these scams only need a very tiny % of people to go for it. There is still a lot of computing power and this power used especially in AI data centres. These fraudsters should be made to pay for their crimes. This one is very basic but the schemes will get more and more sophisticated and hard to spot. Whereas with good old paper based fanzine…
