Win, Lose Or Draw

Christ on a Bicycle! Do make your minds up! We have dismantled teams this season that were tipped to be up there with us. 4-1 thrashings of both Saints and Rovers, astute away performances at Norwich, QPR and Swansea to name but a few. 8 pts clear of 3rd. Squad has an infinite better feel to it with yoof brought in from abroad and through the ranks, and a feeling that players really WANT to play for the club. Vestagaard a defender reborn. Would you prefer Rodgers' endless mind games with players who didn't know if they were coming or going?!

There was always gonna be a period in a 46 game season where we would hit a trough. I fully expect us to come roaring back vs West Brom like a wounded animal. The style of football I have seen is light years ahead of what else is on offer in this league. It may not work every time, but I am as sure as hell that it'll get us promoted.

Keep the faith! Blue Army!!!

Why do we bother watching football? Tribalism, blind loyalty to 'our team', and winning at all costs is certainly part of it. But being entertained by characters, skill and really fierce competition is also a big part. The most loved teams win and entertain. Enzo may be (mostly) ticking the first box but largely ignoring the second. Not sure that is really sustainable.

It’s been said - the early wins were against teams taken by surprise by Enzoball. That ended with the Leeds game. We have been sussed and if nothing changes we will be sucked into play-off places or worse. There’s still room for pure Enzoball but there has to be other plans when it isn’t working to surprise the opposition. Maybe he’s planning for the January transfer window? God knows.
