MP stabbed by 'Somalian'

So no numbers then? Surely you could have found something in the to prove your point/ assertion. The alleged rise in 'attacks' is peddled by the MCB and Labour et al to avoid dealing with the difficult issues that we all have to face. Until we confront them we will just have to accept more murders and rapes.
This attack has only just happened so there's probably not much research at the moment into the increase in anti Muslim hate crimes. There is plenty of information about the previous increases if you care to look, rather than just looking for figures that reinforce your agenda. I'm not doing your research for you and it looks like others have also got bored with your demands for figures. You're too entrenched, whatever anyone links to you dispute anyway.

They have been murdering since 2003. I've provided figures that demonstrate this yet you cannot prove any meaningful rise in 'attacks'

I find figures and facts. You can't be bothered to 'do research ' to back up your own agenda.

To be clear - I don't like murders. I don't like rapists. Of any colour, faith or whatever. I don't excuse them. That's my agenda. Are you with me?

The reality is very difficult to ascertain, however, in the last 30 days,

There have been 162 attacks, in 25 countries, by Islamic extremists.
653 civilians were killed.
334 civilians were seriously injured.

Don't come here with facts and an agenda. What we want is an article from the Guardian quoting no figures or anything.

Gun violence deaths in the United States, 30 day average (2020).

1,615 killed
3,285 injured

Just thought that was an interesting comparison.

if preventing murders and violence is your objective, then uk terrorism is waaaaaaaaay down the list.
there are other causes where your efforts to amplify a message could prove more effective in preventing suffering (y)

What causes would you suggest?

There's plenty out there but you won't bother looking for anything that doesn't fit in with your beliefs. I'll humour you with a couple

There is. Attached for your information and education.
Thanks - I'll take a read when I've got a bit more time. A scan-read suggests it would be easy for anyone to 'pick & choose' according to their agenda.

In the meantime, you obviously had an issue regarding the 'hurty words' directed towards the Muslim community - in that case, should the 'hurty words' that so many MPs described receiving even before David Amess's murder, be disregarded too?

Or is it best to wait until something significant happens, when it becomes a stat that's official?

So pick and choose then. The numbers are the numbers

I've taken a guess at what you've said here as there's a few possible errors, but here's what you said earlier in the thread:

according to the Guardian someone rang a Somalian community centre on Friday and said something nasty.

Hence, the question around whether people (Muslims, MPs, anyone for that matter) should only be concerned when physical harm has taken place or whether they should be genuinely worried about verbal threats, or 'hurty words' as you called them?

The title of this thread is 'MP stabbed by Somalian'

It's about David Amess who was stabbed 17 times and died without even receiving the Last Rites.

If you re-read my comment in context (yeah I know you are busy and can only scan read) you will note that is was made as part of a comment about the fact that the BBC were shifting focus away from the crime.

We both know that you are following the same tactic. Seeking to defelct from the facts

Can I suggest that you start a new thread on the topic of hateful messages? I might even chip in.

While you are at it start one on the extreme Right. It will be interesting to see how it goes

Meanwhile the elephant in the room is Muslim extremists and rapists.

Could you show us proof that is what they've done?

In the meantime, you ask for links then conveniently ignore them.

How is it an elephant in the room? You've made it quite clear what you're all about, but who mentioned rapists until now?
