Advice, please

Family member has been trying to change his seat to be nearer the rest of us - since almost 8days ago. Has been unable to get in the "queue" and the email response from Jim said that phone call-back cannot be guaranteed at this time but to keep on the phone! Obviously not a very practical suggestion. Has anyone else tried and been successful?

I have heard from several sources that you cannot even join a queue on the phone
It is the usual comedy show by the club
seems to be a lack of staff

I tried several times last Monday & Tuesday without being able to join the queue. On Wednesday I phoned at 9am (opening time) & was no.7.
It was a 30 minute wait before being answered.

It's worse than phoning for a Doctor's appointment!

I've been trying on and off all day long (I want to swap my seat too) and get the same "We're sorry but due to the volume of calls we can't place you in the queue right now. Please try again later. Goodbye".

On the one occasion I got through I was cut off immediately. Extremely frustrating!

The only guaranteed option is to go into the KP I guess. Not practical for everyone I'm sure.

They wont deal with ticketing arrangements at the ground. I've been down and tried before. On line and phone only. Im not even sure that the ticketing staff are based at KP, I suspect they may be outsourced to a ticketing agency.

Thanks for saving me a wasted journey wints. I emailed them with my request and they told me to ring in. I've emailed them again expressing my dissatisfaction. That'll sort it! Er...

Thank you all for replying. Obviously many having the same experience! Not sure I can advise (or want) him to give up his studies to hang on the phone! However he can be "comforted" by being in the same boat as such exalted company!

I managed to get through last week after days of trying. I was 4 in the queue and it was still over half an hour until they answered.

After that they needed an email from my friend!!

I asked them why seat relocation cannot be done online and all I got was it’s not possible.

Joke of a club.

Rang just before and bang on 9am to get the same "We're sorry..." (yeah right!!) message. Tried Option 2 The LCFC 'Help' Team. Recorded message on that states "We're sorry (Ha!) no-one in the help team can answer your call right now. Please try again later".

Farcical.

Can't be bothered to start work at 9am, they're probably just arriving or having a fag. Then again the players may already have cost these people their jobs and we're relying on AI chat bots.

Can you provide more details campbell? I spent all day on and off trying to get through on the phone. Do you just go into the 'Super'store?
Went down Tuesday lunchtime. Went into the main reception and was taken through to the media room and a very helpful young lady moved my two seats. Paid s £10 admim fee.

Many thanks. Begs the question as to why I wasn't told that was an option. They really don't do themselves any favours do they?

£10 admin fee, twats.
You've literally had to drive to them cos their admin is so shit. Instead of rewarding you for continuing support, and thanking you for going to them, the cunts charge you.
FFS.

These are the little reasons why their reputation is trash. And I bet there is not a single person there who can see the problem.
"Well, easyJet would charge you an admin fee..."

Success for us - after 11 days trying! Grandson did get a call back (but couldn't take it!). However got through when he rang Club and seat duly changed. Why it can't be done online the way one can order tickets for a show goodness knows. You'd think they'd be grateful we're coming back! Admin fee is ridiculous.

With the reduction in "telly money" it might just make them realise that the supporters are not a nuisance to be tolerated but an integral and vital part of a football club

Finally success (not sure that's the right word) here too. Again rang bang on 9am and was second in the queue. £5 for the 'privilege'. Er... deep joy.

Will wait to see if I get any reply to my email complaint last night.

Ryanair would cancel your ticket and still take your cash.

Still trying after 2 weeks and over 100 calls..... Going to the stadium isn't an option when you live 50 miles away. Ridiculous
