If he allegedly couldn't get away quick enough in yesterday's transfer window will we see him in a Leicester City shirt again?

Another Rudkin masterclass we bring into the Seagrave retirement home and pay him £400k a month
Spends more time On the radio than playing and apparently still lives on Merseyside
Give him a game Friday then never want to see him in a Leicester shirt again 😁

I don’t believe he’s on anything like £100k a week. He wasn’t wanted at his last club so why would he have matched the salary he was on there, especially as we in a lower division.

This is Leicester City we are talking about;
DoF: “what is the player currently on?”
Agent: “£50k a week” (doubling what the player is actually on)
DoF: “we will up that to £70k a week and give him a 3 year contract”
Agent: “we have other offers in the table for more than that”
DoF: “£90k a week and 4 years with 10% increase each season he stays with us”
Agent: “Done”
…and we certainly will have been.
DoF to RvN: “Managed to get the defender you really wanted. Had to haggle a bit but got a really good deal”
RvN: “What about the striker from Belgium that I really wanted who was the priority?”
DoF: “No can do Ruudi mate. FFP rules and all that”

I'm not getting this "leader in the dressing room" malarky.

Is it too much to ask for a "leader on the pitch" & effort that leads by example?

Don’t believe this he was desperate to go back to wolves line.
Things have changed massively at that club since coady was a main player in that back 5 under nuno. Nigh on all his past teammates have gone & he would get the very very rare game there if at all.
Why would anyone be desperate to go back to a club that they won’t be playing for?

Like others have said, that he was on our radar a few years ago, I reckon Rudkin just thought he’d come good without actually looking at his stats for Palace.

He probably had more about him when he was at Celtic and so that might've potentially made sense, but he's done 7/8th of fuck all at Palace!

This is a long standing LCFC issue, Jez Moxley at Wolves couldn't believe his ears when we added £3m on to the initially rejected offer of £2m for Akinbiyi. He'd have taken another £0.5m but Taylor and Co. went all in end then some, Wolves couldn't accept it quick enough.

I'm pretty sure he wakes up each morning and has a little chuckle of disbelief to himself still to this day.

£90k a fucking week for Edouard...what on earth was Rudkin thinking! 🙄🦬💩
Palace have an average salary of 60k per week. Somehow doubt he’s on 90k a week.
More upset by the fact that we loaned a player who had played for Palace, hence he couldn’t sign for a third PL team this season so we were always going to be lumbered with him whether we wanted him or not.

You've only got to have one of Palace's younger lad's on £30k and Eduardo on £90k and there's your £60k average. Too simple?

Correct he scored 18 goals in around 100 games and was always mainly a squad player why on earth would a well run club with no issues with PSR give him a £90k a week contract
