More shocking to me than the offences and him been kept on with full salary after the charges were made is the fact that he was on an annual salary of over 400k. For what, reading a bloody autocue?

I've no sympathy for the man, he's been a total idiot. However, I had no idea that you could be found guilty of this sort of offence in these circumstances. Effectively, he was being sent pictures from someone and expressly told the person to stop sending them and that he wasn't interested in underage kids. However, because the pictures were sent to him, he's been done for it.

Why he was corresponding with a nonce is not determined though. That alone rings alarm bells that this case alone doesn't seem to cover.

And don't forget he got a 50k pay rise whilst suspended. With our fucking money.

If someone sent you unsolicited nonce pictures when you ask them not to, are you automatically a nonce?

It depends doesn't it.

That's my point.
 
Just my guess, but if he'd instantly reported it he wouldn't be in this shit. He didn't. On a number of occasions. I don't think he even deleted it.

41 Indecent images, 7 Category A over 9 months and he says 'please don't' without reporting it.. yes Neuro Fox in my book that does make him a nonce.
