Just Bin Cooper and Move On

I’m happy we’ve scored in every game but no confidence in Cooper. Never seen such agreement between fans on how to put it right. Play Ricardo and Fatawu. We aren’t scoring from the right and every goal we concede is coming from that side.

Bugger all encouraging or gritty from that 1st half, it was an inept 45 minutes which ultimately cost us.
Some happy clappers say, well it’s arsenal isn’t it, they’re a bloody good side etc etc. There were several 50/50 tackles & headers in that first half & we lost them all. No excuse at all for that 1st half.

Ermmm didn't Justin just score two from the right.

We did but I’d hazard a guess that won’t happen again this season.
I know you want to be seen to support the manager but do you seriously believe that Justin is better is a better option than Ricardo?

I dunno what some people were expecting this season, we are actually doing better than i expected. We have scored in every league game when in preseason it proved difficult. I got every faith in Cooper keeping us up.
Sadly we dont get points for scoring - juts winning or drawing

Wh

What im meaning is to get a win you gotta score goals, we seem to be capable of that which is a good sign. 👍
When we cannot keep a clean sheet and have not looked like being capable does Cooper keep selecting and playing not to concede . Then as if by magic we are 1/2 goals down and he expects an if by magic turnaround. He has learned nothing after 6 wasted games and still has no idea what is his best starting X1. Incompetent and incapable but pulls a 7 figure salary. Unbelievable Jeff , no really!

maybe it's just me, i thought we put in a solid defensive display and hit them well in the second half. i thought the application and sticking to the tasks were great.
i thought the subs upset the balance in the 91st min. i can understand fresh legs but DCOR looked like he was running in treacle and ayew always looks like a he's on the morning coffee jog/walk after a night out on the tiles.
mavadidi was cramping but i thought skipp was excellent so unless he was running on fumes, bad mistake.

he clearly does know what his best team is in his opinion as he keeps picking it
Most on here, me included would not agree but he appears convinced

Pretty sure it is just you. Arsenal had an xg of 5, which says your ‘solid defensive display’ line is as far off the mark as it could be.
Has a team ever had one as high as that in the premier league for that matter?

I was being sarcastic Gerry. If every fucker thinks that Ricardo, one of our best players last year, captain material, possibly one of our most professionally gifted players we've had for a while, is streets ahead of Justin, then it quite clearly isn't his best team. The same goes with Fatawu, but I don't even know, or ever want to know the name of that Fulham player that Cooper thinks is better.

I'm not sure what the question is, but I do know that Cooper isn't the fucking answer..

Deflecting the story around this player or that player is just shifting the attention away from the fact the manager seems to be tactically inept probably could do a good a job in the lower leagues but at this level setting a team up and making changes have to made on a more technical basis.

Anyone who saw the first half will not of helped but noticed that both are fullbacks was absolutely roasted as would any other fullback have been who was in that position and so blatantly exposed by the players in front of them with his tactics but the worrying thing was he did Jack shit and waited until half time like in his mind he isn’t allowed to change tactics for the first 45 minutes. That is old old mindset.

Let’s not go to why did he bring two attacking players on at 90 minutes at 2-2 we had spent the 70 of the previous 80 minutes defending with our backs to the wall.

The word flummoxed jumps to mind ..
