Kraftwerk

I got them on a pre-sale. Cheapest tickets available were around £70, dearest standard tickets were £125. I went for ones that were just over a £100 each.

I haven't seen them since the early 90s when I saw them at the Hummingbird in Birmingham. Ralf Hutter is 79 so I can't imagine there will be many more chances.

I didn't realise they were touring - might try for one of the Albert Hall gigs. I've only seen them once, at the De Mont in (I think) 1981 - Computer World tour.

Of all of the Krautrock bands of that period, I preferred Tangerine Dream, Can, Neu, and Amon Duul 2.
Always thought Kraftwerk were far too commercial, a bit like Jean Michel Jarre.
I could also throw in Faust, but they were a bit too experimental.

Jarre's Equinoxe is a big fave of mine esp' tracks 5,6 & 7. Enjoy TD's Force Majeure and Sorcerer too

If you don't know them, give La Dusseldorf a listen. It was Klaus Dinger's band after Neu! folded.
