L.C.F.C.

Okay you may laugh at this silly old sod. I know l dont get down anymore, but the way we are going neither will a lot more of you.
Apathy has crept in, lthe old ways of following in fathers footsteps is receding fast.
The football is dire to put it mildly, agitation
at managment is very high and they do not help the situation in any meaningful way.
Money is tight gone are the days of multi mollion aquisitions, but there was no need for that scenario, if we had a good network of scouts.

All football teams need them thats how big teams start and grow with clever aquisitions from lower leagues it builds confidence it with the right training methods and putting square pegs in square holes builds up a players standards and esteem.
The Man utd and Liverpools Arsenals had to start somewhere.
We had our day in the Sun but failed to reap its benefits its a harsh lesson to learn but it need not have happened but circumstances intervened now its just a question of a way forward with big decisions to be made IF we are man enough to make them
Players are out there even gems who wait to be recognised can we recognise hope so

We’ve all seen the videos. Get relegated and there is a real chance there could be no Leicester City FC in 2027.
There will be no shortage of buyers for this club if they refinance the worse happens
Most of the debt converted to equity and the bank debt secured on future income streams
The club has planning commission to develop the surrounding area and superb
training facilities
Sale would go thru in weeks

So- nothing to worry about then?

Do King Power want to sell it?
How much will it go for?
Who will buy it?
Are you really as stupid as you sound?

Im no accountant but does not seem to be what the videos are suggesting. If we are relegated the value of the club goes through the floor and its debts become unsustainable. No one will want to buy it.

Buyers will pay a premium to the asset value
In the trade it is called goodwill
The club has a decent name and is well known because of the 2016 exploits
If the club was to go into administration there would be another large points deduction and I think there is an obligation of the buyer to pay creditors
25p in the £1 otherwise more deductions
This could be the stumbling block at Sheffield Wednesday
There will be no shortage of buyers to acquire the club

Why do I sound stupid
You are a bozo and don’t understand the
position
The videos being watched explain the current plight under the present ownership
More savvy business people will unravel this
Birmingham City is a case in point where new owners and finance have transformed the club

There will be if the outgoings are substantially higher than the incomings, which if we’re a League One side I can’t imagine anything other than this being the case.

Birmingham City never had outgoings anywhere near as high as ours is and will be next season. Our outgoings will likely be higher than the rest of the division all put together but with no additions income.

We are shedding loads of costs at the end of the season
Soumare gone
Ayew Periera Winks Daka
Those few save around £15/20m
a year in wages
Women’s team goes £4m a year
The new owners will fund the gap short
term and look for much better sponsors and lift the profile of the club from a clapped out wreck it currently is
It has the 15th highest average attendance in England and is something to work with
Our wage bill next year will hopefully nearer £40m which is still high by championship standards
On that basis we need income of maybe £65m a year
Costs at Seagrave will be shredded

Presumably last summer we couldn’t get a sponsor so we ended up with the ultimate dodgy betting company again. Why will it be any different a year on, more so if we’re a League One team?

Who says the women’s team is going anywhere? If we do fold it, imagine the uproar.

Attendances will be down next season. Less season ticket sales will be made. Less on the day ticket sales. Less away following.

Isn’t Ayew on a further three years or so of his contract? Who’ll buy him?

We have no parachute payment next season - it's going straight to the Aussie Bank.

We definitely need to cut costs, our CEO should be onto this now. O, just remembered ,we haven't got one so who'll be doing that.

All our costs & the entire set up is geared to being a Premier League club. If we are still in the Championship next season, it could be disastrous. If we are in League 1 it could be terminal.

We are in massive, massive trouble & are owned by a complete idiot
