Mark Cavendish

Yes he is nuked.
Biggest challenge is to avoid being disqualified for finishing outside of the time limit.
Hilly tomorrow, followed by mountain and a rest day.
Then hilly, mountain, mountain, flat, time trial and final day into Paris.
Would be nice to win the Green Jersey.

Tdf Stage 14: A really tough stage that will be most probably be won by the breakaway with the usual suspects controlling it. Van Aert will start favourite but Quick Step still look strong. It's a toss up for me who QS will put forward for the win today but I'll have a EW punt on Kasper Asgreen at 16/1

TdF Stage 15: I just haven't got a clue what to do....Hardcore climbing today, going for Sepp Kuss at 22/1. Good luck to Cav, he may need it.

TdF Stage 16: Not much to say today other than it's a difficult stage. Deffo sitting on my Sepp Kuss laurels. A small E/W Punt on Matej Mohoric

TdF Stage 17: Going for a Pogacar win today using my paper thin theory that he'll want to win a mountain stage just because he can. 9/4 is no price considering the pitfalls.

"Hey Riggs, pretty thin uh?"........"Anorexic"

He's now 5/2 to win this years "SPOTY", if he beats the record and/or wins the Green Jersey will likely go odds on.
Unless someone wins half a dozen golds at the Olympics, can't see anyone else getting close.

For today i reckon Inneos, who by their standards have had a very poor tour will be desperate to win a stage.
Providing yesterdays efforts didn't take too much out of him, i fancy Carapaz to win this and go into 2nd place overall.

Really looking forward to todays race.
Final day of mountain racing.
Yes I will be interested to see how Carapaz performs today.

Tdf Stage 18: Breakaway time today for me. I don't think Pogacar will go looking for the win, he took the pee out of Carapaz yesterday and he looked broken. I'm going for David Gadau who still looks strong. 7/1

Tdf Stage 19: No good for me yesterday but Gadeu's descent was something else. Back to today, simple if there's a sprint Cav wins if there's a breakaway I don't think Quick Step will get involved, they must be tired after the mountains and they'll keep their powder dry untill Sunday when Cav will win. Today I'm going for a long shot, Chris Juul-Jensen @50/1 each way

I enjoyed Gadeu's descent but it was obvious he was going to get caught.
2 days in a row same 1-2-3
I will bow to your better judgement and wait for Cav to beat the record for most wins on Sunday (and win the green jersey!)

Tdf Stage 20: Is this Stefan Kung's big day? Really unlucky to have met an opponent as good as Pogacar in first TT. Seems to have kept himself fresh, hopefully.

I'm really not an expert fnq, just do a lot of cycling myself & try to follow the 3 main tours & tour of Britain.

Regarding tomorow, Cav has just about everything in his favour.

The best lead out team by far, lots of the top sprinters already out & other teams severely depleted +. the fact he has won here several times in the past and will probably never get a better chance to beat the record.

However i'm not tipping or backing anyone, just gonna watch & hopefully enjoy the last stage of a really great tour.
