Next Manager

We are fucked, we need pragmatism and stability in a Pearson-like figure whether we like it or not. Dyche is the obvious person and I genuinely believe he would surprise people with his knowledge and style of play.

Why we all talking about next manager when we already have one in place. FFS Dyche, the mans a dinosaur with his type of football. If we are going to get another manager it's need to be a younger, hungrier kind who's not afraid to use youth.

He'll have to play the youngsters that's all that will be left.

You said Moyes was a dinosaur, and wouldn't keep us up.

Where did Everton finish after he went back?
What is his points total compared to RVD?

As always your bullshit is irrelevant.

Next manager!! I know we're rock bottom at the minute but a bloke that runs a clothes shop is not the answer

Courts look how much better Everton are without him. Dyche was the manager holding them back.
I agree that Everton are better without Dyche. However, our situation is different. Personally, I would give him a 2 year deal.
Year 1, get us up.
Year 2, keep us up.
We need structure, discipline and getting finances sorted.
With our situation and resources, I dont so anyone more suited, unfortunately.

We need to return to a more self-sustaining model based on promoting talented academy players, selling them on when the time is right and using the money to reinvest. Dyche is emphatically not the man to do that - he likes rigid game plans and relies on ageing workhorses to implement them. He would absolutely play Ayew and Bobby DCR over Fatawu, Mavididi, Monga, Evans, etc. He is completely ill-suited to our situation.
