Thought I’d try some this year. Put some baby plants into one of my new raised beds less than a month ago. Ready now!! Had some stir fried with garlic last night. Delicious. Can’t believe how expensive they are in the shops when they’re that easy to grow.

I grow beetroot as well. So easy too. Put some in 3 weeks ago. Will be ready in another 3 as I pick them young. Bake them whole with smashed garlic, fresh thyme, salt, balsamic and oil in foil. Great with a bbq. Then grow more to pickle.
