Strange that he mentioned that it wasn’t a women’s refuge.

I think there may have been claims immediately after the attack that it was a women’s refuge.
As you say, reality in any case doesn’t seem to figure in the mindset of the attackers - anything & any one is fair game.

The excuse that attacking anyone of brown skin off the back of their opposition to / dislike of asylum seekers was some warranted tipping point (as numerous roofers have justified it as), was always a weak argument in my mind.These people aren't the sharpest tools in the box.
