So you would rather we didn't have that on our CV, then? No one can take that away from us, no matter what the future holds. I remember and will never forget or be embarrassed by it. What is wrong with you people?
 
It's a mentality thing, not just in football, but life in general.

Some people like to ignore the current reality and look back to the past, when things were better. It's a nicer feeling.
Other people like to address problems, hopefully fix them to try and improve the future. It's a harder path, cos it's not easy.

Personally I find harking back to a bygone age is pointless. History never stands still. Ever. It's been and gone, and nothing anyone can do will turn it back cos there's always new people coming along making the next chapter. We need to make sure the right people are in charge to make that next chapter a good one, not a shit one.

More to the point, what’s wrong with you?
No one has said they wish we hadn’t won stuff! We all have our personal memories of everything that happened. What we don’t need is organised highlights before every game. Imagine what the away fans must think of that fucking video, years on.

Way to miss the point. It is a reminder of how good we used to be. Show that and then wheel out Daka as your lone centre forward with Ayew as his replacement. No wonder the atmosphere is shit down the ground. I wish they didn't show it and showed something that acknowledges how important the CURRENT games are and helped build the atmosphere for NOW. Show something inspirational on the screens that is relevant. It is symptomatic of the lazy, "we'll be OK" thinking that comes out of the club continuously.

I think you're missing the point. Everyone here loved the title, but it's well in the past. We're a team in the relegation zone of the Championship with less than a quarter of the season to play. It stinks of living in the past and not facing the reality of the present. Let's get Chandler and Rowley plastered around the ground too.

I don't want us to become a Forest/Ram type team.
