i'm not sure they even see us that way. can you imagine sainsburys talking to their customers like that? that statement was pure corporate speak, proving once again they don't understand who they are supposed to be communicating with.

maybe that type of language would soothe rattled investors, but they aren't talking to investors - they are (supposed to be) talking to football fans.
