Ryan Bertrand explains why...

Another member of one of our infamous sorry boss, but I can't play this weekend, I don’t feel up to it. We have had a few of theses types over the years. Also a lot of water has passed under the bridge since then, so why bring it up now.

No wonder the club is deep in the shit. Thanks for that, Hampshire I don't even want to count up the total cost.
It's £7m.
But with no fee involved, he won't be the worst by a long stretch.
That defender we bought at the same time as Soyuncu but wh never played was probably a bigger waste of moeny. And the likes of Slimani, Perez and the rest will give you nightmares too... 🤮

Disagree, while the others you mentioned did play more than he did, and Perez was part of the F. A cup-winning side and the 9.0 away win against Southampton in which he got a hat-trick. So your " nightmares" are purely in your head.

Well, if you were happy with that output from Perez over 5 years in return for approx £50m, we'll have to agree to disagree...

Did he though because that front three for a time was one of the best in the league. You hardly going to play Perez as centre forward when Vardy was there. Also like I stated playing Perez on the right benefited Ricardo immensely.

Perez made THAT crucial intervention before Tieleman's screamer in the FA Cup final so that alone is worth a lot!

He also featured reasonably regularly (80 times in total) and played his part. So I guess there were plenty of others that have been much worse for us.

But how many of those 80-odd games are memorable for anything – apart from the Final, and of courser his horrible Chelsea miss that was the final opportunity to salvage 4th and some CL cash?
