Hey gang!

Slightly embarrassing so ,little help please. I've been spending a little too much time burying treasure, hoisting sails and avasting me maties to take time and get my fill of citrus fruit. Unfortunately, I've contracted scurvy. I asked my wife for advice, but as I am married to the sea she had little to say.

My trusty cannon and bottles of rum offer little relief. Anyone else have this problem? Free treasure map to a chest full of rubies and diamonds for any helpful advice.

As a nipper I was advised to drink Ribena.
Unfortunately due to the high sugar content I now have no teeth but have never had scurvy.

I now have no teeth but have never had scurvy.

This seems like a decent trade off. As I tell my wenches, 'you don't need oranges to get yer vitamin C. Arrrr'. Remember, the human body is a wonderful gadget, just like a can opener or a television remote. Treat it with respect.

Scurvy - it's a pirate thing.
