Seven MORE fixture changes for TV

So do I.
I renewed my ST and said I will not moan about the non Saturday matches knowing over 50% will be moved.
As I am on a 1 year contract, come next season, if I am dissatisfied I will not moan instead I will not renew.
Nearly a third of all home games were scheduled for a day other than a Saturday before TV got involved (just because of the football calendar changes to which over the decades & to the leagues have inevitably led to an increase in midweek league games in the EFL). Adding in the changes that have already been announced I reckon you're already down to less than 50% of home games being Saturday 3pm... and that's with no TV games announced for the latter part of the season.

Personally, it pisses me off when they move games for TV (even more so when they move them for Rugby... even more so when away games) but there's something funny about people moaning about games being on TV that have not been moved or which they weren't going to go to anyway.

But Buzz - we only have 3 (probably being reduced to 2) Saturday 3.00 home games for the first half of the season! Thats 2 games out of about 12!
Thats what is so disappointing.

And at what point have I said that it isn't disappointing or even disgraceful?

It’s the modern way.

Modern football should be all about the match going supporter like it always has been, but more and more it’s about the people who watch at home and in the pub. People who watch from abroad and cannot attend. People who are gambling from various countries on all manner of stats within a game at all levels from Premier League to Non League.
