that was my reading of it. he was asked (twice, i think) to roll back the NHS mandate and he said "we are reviewing it closely"....

edit: just remembered it wasn't during PMQs, it was during the statement following it, about relaxation of plan-b.

johnson repeats the call for nhs staff to get vaccinated, but does say "nobody wants compulsory vaccination....[blah blah]....we will reflect on the way ahead, we don't want to drive people out of the service".

interpret that how you want, i took it as a a signal.
