The suit she filed against Epstein that year was in Florida. Andrew isn't subject to jurisdiction in Florida and the claims was were Federal offences, which he would never be a part of. He could NEVER have been called as a potential defendant, in a claim which he wasn't named in and could never be brought to court for.
Alan Dershowitz used the defence of this agreement, but he is a US citizen and therefore subject to jurisdiction in Florida.
Also do the terms of the agreement still apply after the death of Epstein?

Bnet I am in Australia visiting family at the moment so the timelines are strange. I think you slightly misunderstood the point I was trying to make which is I have no time whatsoever for any of them, Trump, Biden Johnson,Merkel, Prince Andrew, the list is never ending they are all cunts and if I could list all the reasons we could be here till doomsday. One thing I will say all the people who associated with the Epstein crew, and Trump was very friendly with them should be held to account but unless something out of the ordinary happens we will never know. These people have the temerity to make laws that they enforce on us but feel free to break them with impunity . I read most of your posts and find some of them interesting and I take some time to read up on some of the subjects and after that I make an informed decision. It’s good to have a mixture of opinions and debate whether or not you think it is truth or fiction is a matter for the individual. I firmly believed when I was younger that we needed and would have a revolution before the 20th century was done, but that will never happen in this country.

l totally agree with you on these so called "elites". My view though is that Trump is being thrown in the mix but possibly unfairly. There is a whole industry in place to destroy everything about Trump. Given that, if they really had dirt on him it would be magnified a thousand fold and massive lies attached as well. Just like the 2 attempted impeachments which were both complete fabrications. On this basis l cut him some flak. He may part of controlled opposition, l feel hes not but we're dealing with extremely clever people so who knows. Its time that this slavery system that we've lived in for thousands of years is turned over, and thats what l believe is actually happening right now. I have lots of reasons to believe this, doesn't mean it will be successful, but it needs to be otherwise we are finished.

But to look at it logically, forgetting party lines etc etc. Surely the only sane conclusion about ALL those names mentioned by George above is considering how Epstein did all he did pretty much in the open then if not directly involved they must know enough to know where the bodies are buried. Now if that is the case they should either singing like Elvis or doing their best to disassociate from him. It’s seems to me it’s the latter unfortunately.

l get your point, and I'm not defending him, just looking at possibilities. Was he in a position to expose them ? is this a long game thoughtfully planned out to take these "elites" down. Is it death by a thousand cuts to them evil bastards ? We don't know, but we do know who the majority of them are, and people like Trump, Flynn etc need an open mind keeping on. The amount they've spent on trying to destroy Trump gives me a lot of hope that hes a better option than them.
We hear all the chatter, like the Queens dead of which l think its a very strong possibility. Is it a lie, to discredit certain groups or is it suppressed by these groups. We just have to go with what we see, what we hear and gut feeling along with as much background info that we can gather.
Incidentally some of these rumours say Elvis is alive, living in Scotland riding Nessie most weekends.
