Just been sent a message from a Burnley fan I know saying it’s just a matter of agreeing terms with the club. Not gospel obviously but he is someone that we are definately been looking at for a while. He’s a key player for them.

Hope so. Need some centre half depth. We’d have 4 good centre halves then if he was to sign. Would have played more for England if he was at a more fashionable team than Burnley.
 
With JJ coming back and a plethora of FB’s then that’s makes 5 who could be CH’s. I’ve never been overconfident about Tarkowski. Depends how much.

I was always of the opinion that our squad was strong enough but towards the end of the season and taking in mind last season, we're not. I think its the reason that both years why we couldn't get across the line. I'm not a fan of a back 3 but I'm no even sure if it was forced on us through missing players. We have been 2 centre halves short really. I was convinced Darnel Johnson would break through and impress but it doesn't look like hes rated by Rodgers. Though l think one of the main reasons we didn't do so well at the end was our left side, we had Barnes doing great then Justin turning into a top left sided player, l think this disjointed us back and front. Talking of Barnes l think he could end up as a centre forward or him and Vardy up front together.

To have a strong enough squad to challenge l think the key is to have quality established main 16 and top quality youth set up who can drop in. The reason l say this is because it would cost too mush to carry 24 experienced players who most wouldn't be happy sitting on the bench or less. l think that's why we have the new training ground.

Spot on about left side weakened badly.
 
We managed amazingly well given the injury crisis and with the games coming thick and fast. Ultimately the injuries just cost us at the end of the season. Another couple of better players and we might have made the Champions League.

Remember now we’ll offer European football, okay not the Champions League but better than the likes of Tarkowski will get with Burnley.
 
Until you've agreed a fee between the clubs then agreeing personal terms means nothing, I for one hopes it doesn't happen, I would prefer someone younger.......... Mr Tah. 👌

really, that surprises me as a couple of years ago he ask for a move as he expected to be in the first team squad and was assured that he would be and l believe given a rise. If he does I'd bet that he turns up with a decent career somewhere.
