This week I have mainly been watching

Gave up on it several series ago after becoming sad about its decline but maybe shoud give it a go again.
Do not miss Blue Lights, it's a nine ....

‘Fallout’ well over the top post apocalyptic mayhem based on a computer game.
Loved it!
Watched the first two episodes last night. Not what I was expecting as my lad had explained it all to me while he was immersed in the game and the series doesn’t follow the game.
Loving it, especially The Ghoul, played by Walton Goggins who was superb as Boyd Crowder in Justified.

Monkey Man
astounding vengeance flick, on par if not superior to anything I’ve seen including Kill Bill
Dev Patel delivers big time here 👊🏻👌👍

Agreed. Passes his audition for Bond (as actor or director).

Just finished watching Love Lies Bleeding. A fantastic film, highly recommend. From the director of Saint Maud , but a very different vibe.

Yeah and what a body, I’d turn lesbian for that for a day 😜

Just watched a bit of that new documentary series with Freddie Flintoff
Blimey his face looks a real mess, he’s very lucky to be alive.
I’ve also just read that he apparently has been given £9 million in compensation from the BBC.

I saw w that. Did you spot the young lad sitting on his LCFC duvet with his city scaf hanging above his bed? Foxes ae eveywhere
Yes, I did notice that.
Only watched a few minutes last night, but I have recorded it, and will watch it all later.

Just finished watching Monsters the Menendez brothers story.
Binged on the Netflix drama series, and then watched the documentary after.
Absolutely fascinating stuff.
Very thought provoking.

Just watched When I kill you.
Based on a true story, mind blowing how incompetent the police were in them days.
Do you mean - Until I Kill You ?
Very good. It’s worth watching the hour long documentary which features the victim Della Balmer. Also helps to appreciate just how well Anna Maxwell Martin (one of the stars of Motherland) played her.

I’m watching’Those Who Kill’ on iPlayer - Danish gritty crime drama. Watched the first two (of four) series.
Pretty good. Just hoping that the slightly flawed psychologist doesn’t continually get too close to the perpetrators.

Recent watches -
‘Love/Hate’ that was brilliant.
‘The Penguin’ enjoyed that too but you probably have to have seen the most recent Batman film and liked that to appreciate it. Just started the 4th series of ‘Slow Horses’ which is always good fun.

Edited - I’d used season rather than series. They’ve got to me 😭

I never watch anything all the way through, loads of things I've watched the first couple of episodes & that's it.
Shall I give Slow Horses a go, that seems alright.
My watching consists of Gone fishing & Have I got news for you, chuck in Channel 4 News until the advert break & that's my lot.

BBC4 on a Friday night I'm in my element watching old Dusty Springfield compilations .
