Tiggers!!

No never fuck um,I remember on the way to Norwich on the train in 81 whose pricks were on the way to Birmingham for a semi final, never met a Tiggers fan who supported The City. 💙

I look out for their results & it's a chance to crow about Leicester, but that's as far as it goes for me.
I know a few people who follow both codes in person when possible, not for me but if that's what floats your boat

Seen one with a Tiggers sticker and Scouser sticker in his back window
Just a bunch of pot hunters which for about 95% of the country have never heard of the pot
Tin pot league with a handful of clubs in it , mainly where they haven’t got a decent football club to follow
Not for me

Don't get it.
I'm Leicester thru & thru.
Football, cricket, rugby, basketball ,snooker, boxing.....etc etc.
If they represent my area my district I'm behind them all.
I find the Tigers City class divide all a bit pathetic.
I'm happy if any Leicester team do well, the enemy is not the perceived snottiness between supporters, it's anything beyond the boundaries of Leicestershire
I'm Leicester, no more no less, always proud of what we are and what our teams do representing us.

Crow about them? You are joking surely?
Be proud to be LCFC.
What “kudos “ do you think you gain by bragging about their results?
Bit sad if you actually do this

I think of them as Aston Villa to my Birmingham City.
No apologies, they don’t represent me
LCFC do

Don't think.so they have good tv deals in place England international's sell out every game and the likes of Tigers get 20k every match
Tigers have about 12k season ticket holders
The tv deals have got worse
Why do you think so many have gone
out of business

I'm not attempting to gain any "Kudos". I said crow about Leicester, as in the place. I'll always be happy when any team or sportsperson from my home city achieves something. As far as my interest in rugby goes that's it for me though.

As for being sad, I think it's sad & pathetic that people would think otherwise.

Fair do’s , each to their own and all that.
Can’t stand them personally.

Fans total delusional
Talk of being one of the biggest club sides in the world
Admitted they are a big fish in a pond
Win the title and you could hold a parade around Welford Road reccy

Completely agree apart from the Tigers.
Went once many years ago
City were away and I got talked into a few beers and the rugby.
The announcer gleefully read out that City were loosing and most of the crowd cheered.
Not been back since and that’s where my hatred stems from.
Second only to C** on my hatred scale.

Fuck em both.

Same experience went once and the crowd loved it when we were losing
Can’t stand the place good luck to Bath next week

As a dual season ticket holder (City and Tigers) I enjoy both sports. I go to City with mates and my son and Tigers with her indoors. This means I never get any grief about going to a match. I have to say that the effort and commitment of the Tigers players should be an example to our footballers. Dan Cole Ben Youngs and Harry Wells have been here for their whole career as was Bens brother Tom. Once a Tiger always a Tiger and win or lose next week you can guarantee the effort they will put in.

I enjoy many sports including Rugby Union and local pride means I am happy when Tigers do well but I absolutely hate the vast majority of their fans. When I was younger & going to away City games was not an option I'd go down Welford Road when they were at home and quickly realised most didn't like us either. Being stuck on a train with them returning from a home game when we're coming back from an away game or in a pub with them before or after one one of their games is a personal hell.

I’ve tried several times to get into the rugger both Tigers and England but they’re not my people. There’s a lot about the game that I like but I just can’t stand the supporters. I wish them well next week but I won’t be watching it.
