I still don't believe he’s got the virus I just think he’s avoiding another tv clash with Biden.

All possibly true, although it's difficult to imagine anyone fearing a debate with Creepy. Such a shame that your sceptism is only applied in one direction.
 
One minute I’m ready to eat humble pie and say maybe he has contracted the virus, the next he’s out of his hospital bed and in a car to wave to his supporters gathered outside so he can’t be that bad, can he? He can be that stupid and irresponsible though.

What’s more irresponsible is holding his speech at The White House and having no distancing at all between the chairs in the audience. Allowing people to hug others as a greeting. Holding the event in the first place.

The guy really does have a screw loose.

To understand Trump you have to cast your mind back to the school playground (which is, roughly, the mental age of the man). There was always at least one kid/guy trying to act all 'hard' and macho all the time and full of braggadocio and spewing constant lies and bullshit to big himself up. Once you realise this, all his actions and everything he says makes perfect sense and he becomes utterly predictable and pitiful...

They are usually the ones with the most self-doubt.

I'm not so sure Trump really has any self-doubt.

He's more a sociopath, than a bully.

I now believe he’s got it but all his bravado about feeling better than ever doesn’t appear to be true, given a few steps and he’s out of breath. I reckon he’ll be back in hospital again soon enough for more treatment.

I can only assume by his statements that he’s more interested in the economy of America than of people’s lives.

100%. he based his entire re-election strategy on the economy, before it crashed and burned earlier this year.

but that plays well in america, where i think they value a thriving economy higher than the health of the nation. at least more so than here.
 
Yes the U.S. seems, from the outside, to be about winning and gauging the worth of a person on their wealth and status.

Healthcare is for the needy, the sick and the weak.
 
I think that in the 21st century, the economy is pretty much everything.

If you want universal healthcare, you will need a very successful economy, We spend in excess of £10 billion a month on the NHS which really is not enough given what is expected of it.

Should the Democrats get into power after November, it will get very interesting given what they are promising on healthcare.

Dexamethasone is a steroid he's on. I was on it during my cancer treatment. It stopped me from sleeping - I'd be awake 5 nights on the trot and collapse on the 6th. Weird thing was I'd lie awake the entire night without tossing or turning or feeling bad in any way at all. I just lay there, mind completely blank, waiting for the dawn to show, so that I could get up and get on with thnigs. During the day I was boing boing boinging about non-stopto everyone's amusement. Trump's hyperactive tweeting and trying to climb a load of stairs like Spiderman all fits. Let's duck (even lower) if he has the same comedown as I did when the prescription runs out.

Was just thinking back to when I was younger.

Imagine how people would have reacted to someone like Trump being President and acting the way he does.

It was much better in the old days, when we had Presidents who murdered the incumbent to gain power and avoid prosecution for other crimes (allegedly LBJ), or commissioned burglaries (RN), or was in Dallas on the day JFK was murdered but tried to hide it (GB).
