Vardy!!!!! Club legend!!!

The amount of goals he’s scored after coming into this league so late in his footballing career is nothing short of phenomenal.
He has to have a statue.

The media make the point about JV's scoring record against 'The Top Sides', it is probably because they fancy their chances against Little ol' Lester, and push up more, whilst 'the smaller teams' sit back and park the bus, making it that more difficult for JV's style of play..

I love the guy and he is definitely entitled to be referred to as a club legend, but please, please, please...no statues. It suggests a lack of perspective and only begs the question why we've never erected statues to past club legends like Adam Black, Arthur Chandler, Sep Smith, Arthur Rowley, Graham Cross, Gordon Banks, Shilts, Steve Walsh etc.? In any case, footballing statues (with a few honourable exceptions) are almost always dreadful as works of art...

None of those you mention ever took the knee at the start of games so their statues would probably have been pulled down by now for their ancestral links to the slave trade.

Should have had one of Gordon Banks. He won the highest honour when at Leicester City.

The bloke is a legend and will be talked about for years. Unfortunately he is irreplaceable
It took years to discover a gem , we certainly had a few misfits previous to Vardy

How about a triple statue of Ranieri and Morgan holding up the Trophy and Vardy looking on in pose saluting the crowd?
Yeah, of course. That would very nicely encapsulate the whole team ethos to which everyone involved always attributes the win...(n)

People talk of Robin Friday like he was a God or something, but a hundred years from now kids all over this country will still talk about the chat shit, Steptoe, Red Bull, West Brom baiting, hold the front page, Golden Boot winner, who was like no other English player before and since, and Yes He Played For Lirrol ‘ol Leicester so suck that up you Big Six tosspots

I've never got the shilton legend bit, he couldn't get out the club quick enough when given the chance.

The thing about Vardy is not just how many he has scored, but who he has scored against.
Unlike certain 'top strikers' (Hello, Lukaku) he has consistently scored in big games against the big clubs.

Yeah he so fast running and he has a crafty fag on his days off, he's a working man's hero, love the bloke. 😍

I tried to copy Frank Worthington`s hairstyle, and to a certain extent, his dress sense......Vardy ? I just love him.
Just happy to have watched both playing for Leicester City.
