Off the top of my head, beating Forest at home 4-0.
Obviously we had a season of Maresca after that and there were games with him in charge where we flowed pretty nicely. But even then there was some frustration that we never really put anyone to the sword when we were clearly capable of doing so.

Southampton 5_0 under Enzo but then only the second half and he was annoyed because Vardy and Fatuwa abandoned tippy tappy crap.
