Plenty of keepers middle of the field looks reasonably healthy, but the attacking aspects are very week ....relying on a 37 year old striker is not something a team needs and what we have have not come up to standard.
If we retain our current three forwards, that will be more than enough for the Championship. Our 37-year-old striker will score plenty this season, as will Iheancho if he's played regularly. I think the jury's still out on Daka but his pace may come in very useful and a stint in the Championship might be just what he needs. If any of the above leave, they'll be replaced.Plenty of keepers middle of the field looks reasonably healthy, but the attacking aspects are very week ....relying on a 37 year old striker is not something a team needs and what we have have not come up to standard.
Sorry Clapham but l cant see JV scoring too many he will be a marked man probably heavily tackled as he will be seen as a scalpIf we retain our current three forwards, that will be more than enough for the Championship. What we do need is creative midfielders/wingers. Maddison and Tielemans have gone and Barnes might still go. If that happens, all three of our most creative players will have left. Even if Barnes stays, we'll still need two central midfielders and another winger. Ndidi apparently looked ok in a more advanced position on Saturday, but I can't imagine Maresca actually wants to play him there. If we manage to recruit 2-3 quality creative players, we'll be in a very healthy state.
Sorry

Nacho if he stays is still hit and miss for me
Creativity thein lies a big problem as I cant see KDH being the man.
Just my thoughts.
JV has always been seen as a scalp. I think he'll cope with it.Sorry

Any news about the guy from Swansea we are meant to be after? They have bought Yates from Blackpool who we were linked with.Don't think we need to panic just yet. The new manager seems to know what and who he wants. As long as he coaches them well this will be a strong squad. Think there'll be a striker coming in this week or next.

The jury isn't out on daka it's in, and a 12-0 majority said he's a pile of shilo. If we retain our current three forwards, that will be more than enough for the Championship.
