I thought he was the best right-back in the league when he started playing for us and was fully fit. Be good to see him stay injury free for a while.I know he has injury issues, but seems a generally top bloke. No whinging, posting shit on twitter, angling for a move. On his day there are few better, if he can somehow stay fit, could be massive for hs, this year.
We played them together pre season at somewhere like Cheltenham a couple of seasons ago and of course you have to factor in the opposition but they looked bloody great down that right sideRicardo & Justin could solve our right winger problem, play them both as overlapping full backs, unless we do actually buy a winger or promote one of the kids with the feckin long names from the youth section..
Looking at the lack of wingers in our squad, and (if Doyle joins) the abundance of CBs, I can't help but think we'll be playing wing backs this year and 3 at the back rather than wingers.Ricardo & Justin could solve our right winger problem,
Let's hope he does.I guess he isn't hankering for a move because he knows no one will touch him with his current injury record. Needs to prove himself all over again.
I would like him to play further forward possibly as a right winger as we are OK at right fullback.I thought he was the best right-back in the league when he started playing for us and was fully fit. Be good to see him stay injury free for a while.
