Rodgers Even Money For Man U Job

We are a perfect job for the manager without a glamorous name. Potter, or even Dyche. He would, I believe, use the tools he is given, to their best. I think outside three teams, take our pick of who else there is. Please someone come in and take Buck, so we dont have to pay him off. To me, ge looks disinterested in us. He reads the papers and sees himself further up the ladder. He wants Kasper to be Allison, Soyuncu to be Diaz, Tilemans to be DeBruyne. They aren't, and he’s getting frustrated about it. I dont doubt, that if he got Man U, he could be a success. At Leicester, it needs constant re-invention to kerp us where we have been for the last few years. Brendan either doesnt want to do it, or is incapable.

Bullshit rag newspapers joining in as well, saying he jumped ship from Celtic so he has previous, I know a few on here want Rodgers gone (not me) but we have a fantastic squad & (imho) manager & staff so why feckin do some want him gone… 🤷‍♂️
I'm on the fence (just) but I can see both sides...2 top 6 finishes fa cup final....but on the other hand the football is dire (literally no one can arguethat case)..the tactics wrong in most games and bizzare subs..plus the refusal to come out and say I got it wrong.

I think he thinks he’s taken us as far as he can. He won the e holy grail with us. A Premier League win is well beyond us given the strength of Chelsea, Liverpool and Man City. The only way he could do better is to qualify in 4th place for the Champions League and we’ve been oh so close to that in the last two seasons.

I couldnt agree more, Dags. I cant see it happening, but if manyoo lose a couple more, then moved in, it would be a blessing in disguise.

I don’t want him gone but if he goes we get someone else in and go again.
The problem is, the owners’ track record at appointing managers is patchy. We’ve had some good ‘uns, but we’ve had our fair share of dross too. If Rodgers leaves mid-season, who could we realistically get?

Rodgers needs to put these rumours to bed or move on .No good for the club , players or fans.
Turning into a joke now don’t see Moyes continually linked with other jobs and he is currently
better than Rodgers. The fans are not behind Rodgers for that reason , he is seen t9 b3 using
the club as a stepping stone. If he wants out phone up Salford ask for £20 million for him and
his crew and pay Mancini a top wage and bring him in 😁

The last time Salford took a manager from us was Frank O'Farrell and look how that turned out and they certainly won't want a Ex Reds manager with a crap European trophy record so it's bullshit, Brendan we love you at City. ❤️

I'm at Leicester City who are trying to build something here, had 2 top 5 finishes, won F A Cup for first time, got the best training base in the world, job not under threat, why would I join a big team where you are under pressure to deliver continued success or get sacked......... Don't do it Brendan, you have never had it so good.

I thought clubs had to get permission to talk with managers currently employed, if thats the case our board will know all about it and must have given permission for talks?

Yanked are desperate and will hike up his pay. And so what if he’s walking into a poisoned chalice they will pay him off if he fails. If he succeeds he’ll be a hero.

I do think the constant speculation about him is unsettling the whole set up.

Feeling the anger at the Manager that delivered more than any previous one because we're only middling this season, be careful what you wish for because Tielemans is going soon and Vardy has a season or two more at most, Evans is also fading, so we're looking at some rebuilding, and if not Buck then who precisely is more likely? And this league is getting more competitive year on year, sure he will go if he gets a better offer, but don't pretend we can easily replace him.

He has enough money and invests in property, I think he wants to build something here, he distanced himself from geordie speculation.

The simple problem is who is around at the moment we could take without the argy bargy of compo. Nuno is the only one I can think of but I suppose there’s a few euro ones around.
I think if BR went to manure it would be a disaster. He thinks a couple of our lot are trouble after the covid party. Try dealing with the prima donnas like Pogba, de Gea, Fernandez and of course Ronnie who to be fair seems decent but has such an influence. Then there’s the sword of Damocles hanging over him AKA Fergie. I’d fear he take Wilf though as Fred is shit. Let’s see

I don't want to see him go but if he does, I will say thanks for finally bringing that Cup home to Leicester... out of the current crop Nuno due to his record at Wolves. Of course whether he could create that winning formula here, and pretty quickly remains the question. The eventual outcome will probably differ from all our guesses and preferences, as is usually the way.

They’re will be a frenzy of the worlds top clubs fighting for his signature after watching the last 2 games.

The fear with Nuno is it seems he needs to be surrounded by fellow countrymen
