When i was growing up in exile, in Birmingham, i used to listen to Tony on BRMB all the time
Always had something to say that would wind people up and getting them calling the radio station wanting to rant

This was when having a radio with FM was as rare as rocking hoss shit, so listening to Radio Leicester was nigh on impossible. BRMB was on the Medium Wave and I used to listen to it all the time on a Saturday

I managed to get on one Friday night when he had Brian Little on .Who was still our manager and I queried whether Colin Gordon was the real Deal !!!Tony cut me off for interrupting too much . He was a first class broadcaster RIP

living in Walsall 1973-2000 used to listen.. he used to have a caller called Acker it was faackin dynamite when he called in!!
