Try reading stuff instead of just making smart arse comments all the timeSo then, in terms of environment impact which is better? Milk made from weird plants that need fossil fuelled machines to prepare the land, sow the seeds, spread fertiliser, spray pesticides and harvest the crop or a farting cow?
And it was a dodgy curry you touchy bugger
Yeah that's what I'm thinking, for cooking curries, chilli etc. Are they any good? You can get soya yogurt which is ok, probably others too. I also use non-dairy versions of crème fraiche and single cream for (savoury) cooking).
My wife gets Alpro milk and yogurt all vegan she loves themYeah that's what I'm thinking, for cooking curries, chilli etc. Are they any good?
Himalayan salt and a certain Celtic sea salt are good for you the rest are shit. Not sure that salt is that bad for you? It contains iodine ( or used to ) your body does need it. Nobody had more salt than my mum trust me? She died at the age of 97.

That covers just about everyone I know, but I was talking about milk production, specifically the environmental impacts and that piece that CBC was using looks to me like someone is adjusting the facts to suit the argument
Yeah I think that's the brand of soya cream I get, small cartons, use it for pasta sauces mainly. We use the soya yogurt for curries etc although I more often use coconut milk or cream (which now I come to think of it is probably bad for environmental impact, so hey ho).My wife gets Alpro milk and yogurt all vegan she loves them

Lentils and tings..How do vegans get a decent amount of protein without serious effort?
The ones I know take supplements. Cant be great for them.
Pulses, legumes, tofu (have you ever tried braised tofu - it's amazing), nuts all good sources of protein. I've never taken any kind of supplement other than brief fads with multivitamins. How do vegans get a decent amount of protein without serious effort?
