a world cup player for Belgium.
He's been absolute shite recently (apart from the wolves goal, i'll give him that).
Last night i thought he was almost as bad as kdh has been.
Can't defend, gives the ball away easily, constantly caught out of position, and offers little going forward down the right wing.

Second half made a fantastic cross across the face of goal, could really have been a vardy tap in .

one cross in the whole game that wasn't taken advantage of???
and people complain Barnes has no end product.

you said he offers little going forward. i was pointing out that - as well as scoring last week - he could have had an assist this week. which is offering quite a bit more than some of our offensive players.
anyway, who's your suggestion to replace him?
 
I think he's been average ever since he signed tbh which is why we've been out and bought other full backs since
 
He has obviously been told by Smith to get forward which is good but there is no cover when he does. Another outcome of our former top top coach's ability to snuff the ability out of good players. The way he and Praet (ditto) left the pitch yesterday suggested to me that neither will be with us much longer. Given how we felt when they arrived, a sad outcome.
