If you had Kasper in goal you knew he had his faults but you knew there was chance of saving it against Rashford and that would be in the attackers head as well. Also he'd be bollocking the defence.
 
The goals he might've saved with his body, might be equalled out by his complete lack of control of the 6 yard box in the air.
and passing a kick straight to the oppo.
 
Schmeichel has been poorly received by Nice fans, he has come close to being axed.
It says it it all when his old man tells us Bayern Munich were interested in him!!!. Wouldn't have got near the first team.
Ward ain't great, but he has not been the issue of why we are shite, as I said somewhere else he had to cover the near post against rashford cos if he stuck it in there you would have been saying he was beaten at his near post, no win situation, the problem came from the Belgian version of David Luiz who fucked up twice.

I'll answer for him. Though to be fair I've just lifted this from FoxesTalk...

Kasper is currently ranked the number one shot stopper in Ligue 1, and 4th overall after a terrible start to the season. He has 9 clean sheets and Nice has the 2nd least goals conceded.

Seems he’s doing quite well.
 
I think on a PL level he’d had his day and he knew it. His distribution never got better and his reluctance to come off his line was a big negative. Last season he was getting worse and you could see it. Yes still made some great blocks but overall not for me.
Not for one second is Ward an improvement but he’s cheaper. A lot cheaper.
As for Nice. Not surprised he’s doing well but let’s face it Ligue 1 is poor. Probably no team in the CL last 8. Hrs done the right thing and has followed in his dads footsteps when he went to Sporting when he left manure.
So it’s a no for me.
