Cannon is going to be a big asset to us.

I like him a lot, but the signs seem to be pointing to enzo not rating him at all.
He was scoring goals straight away when he got given a chance after being given no game time until daka went to afcon.
As soon as daka was available again he hasn’t got a look in, getting his first few minutes since daka got back against sheff wed the other night & then gets randomly stuck out on the wing today with virtually no one looking to pass to him anyway.

I’m a simple person who has played the game at a decent level and therefore would rule out unnecessary errors by not firing the ball at our midfielders directly from the keeper but what do I know !

I understand creating space but that has to be a risk/reward balance and I don’t see that we get it right often enough for it to work outside of this division and even then only below the top 6 .

No one wants the hoof but sometimes big and little upfront works with the right supply from wingers and a quick through ball from midfield.

I guess I’m just past it and just see most of this tippy tappy sideways and backwards bollocks as wasting time and slowing the game down .
