We've fucking had that this summer in New Zealand. Red alerts for temperatures that once upon a time no fucker gave a second thought about!

UK weather records only really reference 1914 onwards, but our weather records actually date back to 1659 for monthly and 1772 for daily collections.
There has only been a small shift in average temperatures, from then until now and plenty of the record months were way back in the past.
Also we have more accurate weather recording instruments now.
The older records were just collated by amateurs (often without screens to accurately record air temperature).
So I'm not convinced...
One worry for flat-earthers though is Antarctic ice melt. If that's truly happening - aren't we all going to fall off?
Apparently, according to pretend maths - Antarctica will be ice free in 500 years time. So we have some time to prepare.
Today it is -45 degrees in Antarctica and the "records" show that it has been cooling for the last forty years...
