in a way a forest win takes the pressure off.
if it happens we're pretty much down, as we'll need a minimum of one win out of 3 and probably more since everton have found some form.
any escape will be great at this point.
 
It's a relegation spot for us where we will remain unless some miracle occurs.

In a way, I'm feeling a bit relieved now. No more worrying and fretting required over team selections, endless dwellings over mathematical permutations, false hopes, looking for miniscule improvements and so on.

So at least for a few months, there will be a bit of peace and quiet - until the rebuild starts with an uncertain prognosis.
 
I would not be surprised if relegation places King Power in an extremely difficult, or perhaps untenable situation, leaving the club spiralling downwards to the distant echoes of the Rodgers’ apologists “…. but he won us the FA cup”
 
There are plenty down in the EFL who are living hand to mouth having chased the dream. The Baggies and Blue Noses being two.
