I can well believe it. The club have attracted a breed of fans over the past 7 years that like winning football. This season will have killed their enthusiasm, and a few old timers probably dont have the appetite for this

Average crowds (roughly speaking):

PL 30k.
Champ 23.5k
L1 20k

There's been about 6-7k extra of glory hunters/corp mob in the PL.
As an international member i never got anywhere near ticket offers for home games until this season, I've had a ton since xmas.
