Top needs to sort one as soon as possible for next season,
He has not got time on his side need a manager in place sometime
in June.
The new chap needs to clear out all the coaches connected to the First
Team and under 21 side, we need progressive young coaches with fresh ideas
capable in building Teams with a winning attitude,wont be easy , Brighton
Fulham and Brentford seem to have managed it.
Top should be looking now even though we are not quite sure for which Division.
The right person is possible Tops last chance to save something from his Fathers
legacy. Then he still has to bring Players into the Club.
He cant afford to mess about.
