Has anyone done one? And if so any good?. Thinking of doing one for charity in the near future and wondered if anyone has done one

Done a parachute jump which was fun, my nephew did sky diving and loved it.
My lad is hoping to do one in Costa Rica, as parents we are somewhat worried.

Yeah, loved it great thrill, if you like amusement parks and water parks it’ll be right up your street, the anticipation is scarier than the jump then when you do it literally takes your breath away, I did it for the feeling of dropping through the air but the parachute bit is good fun as well, highly recommended and everyone should scare themselves every now and then, keeps you alive 👀😬😂👍🤛
 
I did a jump 5 years ago for charity. Loved it. I’ll definitely do another but in a more spectacular place than the outskirts of Swindon
 
Do people really jump out of perfectly good aeroplanes with nothing but a pair of fat birds draws between life and being splattered all over a field for fun?

Yes apparently so. Same as every week millions watch a load of grown men kicking a football around for 90+ mins trying to make out it’s entertainment!
