Amartay and faes were the pairing during our run of clean sheets.
Soumare can get forward better than Mendy or wilf and can pass the ball better than Wilf. And if he has a DM behind think then we can worry less about his ball watching.
Vardy is a rhyhm player and the constant swapping him out was what blunted him.
Yes it's straw clutching but what else can you do

He ambled about in the middle third, and passed the ball backwards or 3 yards behind every blue shirt.
He was fucking dire.

Do you actually consider soumare to be a proper midfielder v a defensive mid.
