Anyone else noticed the bloke with the long hair & goatee that the camera always seems to pan across to when Arsenal score?

Remember a close-up of him being shown clenching his fists when they scored late on against us in 2016.

VAR can only intervene to get the referee to look at upgrading a yellow to red and on it's own it was not a red card.
Yes it was yellow and would have been his 2nd hence a red
