I’m sure you all know but sharing this as it’s been the easiest refund I’ve ever applied for.

So after my abandoned journey to Swansea I applied via Trainline on 0333 202 2222 and got a full refund. Thanks to Hackneyfox for the number. Much easier speaking with them than online. Particularly thinking of Lestuhfox and probably many others. Good luck.
 
Been informed this morning we are getting full refunds too.
I thought getting home with 3pts was the Happy ending.
