I’ve been there twice. Once to Kiev & Dnipropetrovsk for Ukraine v England and once to Kiev and Donetsk for England v Sweden and England v Ukraine at Euro 2012.
Dnipro was a bit strange as it used to be a closed city but it was pleasant enough. Kiev and Donetsk were great. Wonderful people, interesting cities.
Two are largely ruined now and the third won’t be far behind.
