Was Vardy's Goal Off-Side?

Hope so - just to make those Stoke caants even more agitated.

I thought it was, as the first thing I did was to look at the linesman. I did the same on Wednesday night for our second. The nice thing is within 5 secs you realise it’s a goal and not a micromanagement exercise to work out if someone’s toe nail is a millimetre ahead of the defender, which sadly takes upto 4 mins to work out.

There was a Stoke defender in front of Ian when he passed. Vardy is cute enough to be aware of him and time his run.

Remember that time v Palace when he ran back into his own half so he was on side when the ball was played and then ran through on goal.
 
Their defence literally switched off. What’s interesting is that not only do the opposition tire physically but mentally their heads go too. This was a good example of that
