l think we've played a team of players today who you wouldn't expect to let you down. Out of what's out there and picking the player that is most likely to cost you from a mistake it as to be Casper.
 
Can someone take the handbrake off them.
I don't want us farting around waiting for Leeds to score a second. We have got the capabilities, use it or lose it.

Shane it may have something to do with the fact I was a goalkeeper and now coach them
Not saying my opinion is right just maybe I look at goalies from a different perspective
 
We have a goalie who's kicking is very inconsistent & does not come & collect crosses, 2 basic tasks for his job. Perhaps he's run his course

That explains it then, its you coaching the keepers :oops:
Excellent strike but the set up of the wall so he couldn't see is surely a basic error.
 
I'll go back to the wall he set up. He could have had a man away from the wall to cover that low cross that any professional should know it shouldn't have been allowed to work. Terrible set up for a free kick, l bet he couldn't believe his luck. Caspers fault 100% again.
 
When Leeds missed that chance from a flicked on corner at the near post nothing had changed defensively since Brentford, Arsenal et al. Do they seriously think doing nothing is the answer?

It's the zonal marking.....lots can see it and it's frustrating.
Also we need 2 or 3 outside the area to hold/run with the ball out....penalty area is too congested and it comes straight back in

Gerry, I think you're confusing goalies with goolies

Maybe we should put the wall 12 or 15M from the ball

He's a player managed by Rogers.

Current team mates include: Amarty, Tielimans, Allbrighton, Iheannacho, Chowdhury, Perreira, Ndiddi & Lookmann.

All spellings taken from a knock-off football video game that hasn't cleared the rights for the player names.
 
what i find strange is that this same corner routine (whipped to near post for a flick on) seems almost universal in the premier league. i watch MOTD and see the same corner time after time after time.

you'd think as we use it ourselves (two 'goals' this week - spartak and lookman yesterday) that we would also be well practised in defending it.
