Wars start when they start. They dont start when someone shares an 'according to' about C4 news on a football site. Havea go at someone when they do start wars. Like in Libya.

The highest number of bombs sanctioned by Obama in a year was the 26,000 in 2016.

In 2017, Trump had already surpassed that number by August.
